Celebrate New Year’s Eve at home with all the essentials: hats, blowouts, and noise-makers! Pick up your party bags at the library while supplies last. We’re open Wednesday, December 30 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Thursday, December 31 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm – just ring the door bell.
